Data Privacy Statement

1

Personal Data

Personal data is information that can effectively or potentially disclose the identity of the user.

A visit to our website can result in the storage on our server of information about the access (date, time, page accessed, browser type, operating system, host name and IP address of the accessing computer, referrer URL). This happens in accordance with article 6, section 1, lit. f of the GDPR and does not represent any analysis of personal data (for instance name, address or e-mail address).

The use by third parties of all published contact details for the purpose of advertising is expressly excluded. We reserve the right to take legal steps in the case of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, e.g., by means of spam e-mail.

Third-party Services

OpenStreetMap

We integrate the “OpenStreetMap” map service (www.openstreetmap.org) which is provided by the OpenStreetMap Foundation, St John’s Innovation Centre, Cowley Road, Cambridge, CB4 0WS, United Kingdom.
The maps are provided under the Open Data Commons Open Database License (ODbL).
For using the map service data is transferred to an OpenStreetMap server. This data may include technical information (date, time, page accessed, browser type, operating system, host name and IP address of the accessing computer, referrer URL) or location data not collected without the user's consent (generally given when setting up the mobile device or the internet browser). The transferred information may possibly be stored on an OpenStreetMap server.
To the best of our knowledge, this information is used solely for the effectuation of the map functionalities and for temporary storage of the chosen settings.
Transfer, processing and possible storage of data constitute a legitimate interest according to article 6, section 1, lit. f of the GDPR and complies with the data privacy policy and terms of use of the OpenStreetMap Foundation: osmfoundation.org/wiki/Privacy_Policy.

Based on OpenStreetMap, map data of the following additional providers is also integrated:

For using these services the above described technical information is transferred also to the respective additional provider and is processed and possibly stored there.
As for the OpenStreetMap services this is done solely in the interest of an attractive presentation of our online presence and constitutes therefore a legitimate interest as per article 6, section 1, lit. f of the GDPR.

YouTube

This website and the integrated offers contain so-called embeddings of videos on YouTube. These enable the connection to YouTube and the videos stored there.
YouTube is a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland or Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”).
Here, no interests of the users are affected which outweigh this technical necessity of the integration of the videos (GDPR, article 6, section 1, lit. f). For the purpose and scope of data collection and use by Google, as well as your rights and settings options for protection as a YouTube customer, please refer to YouTube's privacy policy: www.youtube.com/t/privacy/.
